Our real estate firm dates back to early 1961, when the brokerage was founded by Norman Baringer. Norman began his real estate career in the late 1950’s. He became well known and respected in the community for selling and developing real estate until early 2000. In 2016, his son, Todd Baringer, became broker and continues the tradition of carrying on the Baringer name in local Real Estate transactions.
At Real Estate Excel, The Baringer Group, Ltd, we continue to be a small, local, but most of all, a personalized agency. The needs of our clients are foremost. We all live in, participate and take active roles in community work and know and understand the markets in which we represent.
